A modern flavoured gin with flavours and aromas of apple, juniper, cardamom and sweet spice on nose and palate with a smooth long finish.

The botanicals: juniper, coriander seed, orris root, cinnamon bark, white grapefruit peel, local cider apples.

Hand crafted in very small batches.
